The research project you are participating in is funded by the NIGP (Nursing Innovation Grant Program) and has allowed the UTMB School of Nursing to provide students with access to an array of technological skills and services.

The primary goal of the grant was to provide students with a technology eCamp that would act as a referrence to familiarize students with current technological trends, internet security, and other skills that will assist them in their pursuit of education. The technology eCamp provides cumulative learning through a group project which encourages students to use the skills they learned during the camp as they work in conjuction with their peers.

Over 120 Generic BSN students participated in this training, as well as UTMB faculty and students from the RN/BSN program
