<![CDATA[<p>This learning object was designed around a home visit in which the visiting nurse would need to observe the environment for hazardous conditions such as loose rugs and wires.  The user is asked to identify potential hazards, as well as identify positive factors in the environment such as bathtub rails.  The user can then check their answers against a standard set of answers to evaluate the experience.</p>
