What has the EAC been up to?

Since we represent you, we wanted to give you an idea of what we’ve been doing over the last year.  If you’d like to know more about any of the issues below or if you have a new issue for us, please contact us using our online form, or  feel free to contact any of our members directly.

– Met with Morrison to discuss concerns related to on-campus food offerings

–  Worked with Institutional Compliance and Public Affairs to correct broken hyperlinks on medical records website

–  Met with FOAM regarding facilities issues around campus

– Began staffing expos at New Employee Orientation(NEO) to network with new employees

– Participated in the Employee Service Awards

– Conducted a survey of all employees represented by the EAC to gauge EAC effectiveness and employee needs

– Participated in correcting the information for Day Surgery patient handouts

 – Reviewed and provided feedback to UT Select regarding FY12 benefit increases

 – Contacted the City to repair street lights around campus – Lights were repaired to improve patient and employee safety

– Updated EAC bylaws and guidelines

– Continued to support the UT System EAC
